The greatest thing about The Mister Collection is the versatility. What's amazing about our designer is that she always is hands on during the process of creating each  and every piece. She definitely is not afraid to get her hands dirty! Also, Nicole designs the bags specifically to how she likes to wear them, as well as taking into consideration how modern day ladies style their accessories! Style him three ways: With an adjustable leather weaved strap, you can carry him shoulder length, and cross body. Or you can opt out for the detachable chain completely and carry him as a clutch!

Carry him one of two ways: zipped or unzipped. Not only is the double zipper stylish, the expand-ability also gives you more room in case you're the "travel heavy" type!

Buckle Mr. Player up with three different lengths to go over your shoulder. Wear him crossbody for a carefree night out, or detach the strap all together to just throw into your larger handbag.

With the option to go crossbody or hang from your shoulder, you be also be surprised to hear of an old trick that I've recently learned myself: knot him up at the very top for a shorter, clustered, and classic look.

Secrets of the Bad Boys in Your Closet: Part 2

The response was amazing from all of our d'andrea lovers the first time around, so I'm back at it again to share some secrets of the past! Now, I don't mean to dish it out...but this guy's had it coming, and you know what they say "if you can't take the heat..." and yeah, this hook-up was definitely hot.  If you're new to this pr girl's blog, I'll fill you in quick. Each week, one by one I'm revealing each ex-BF these Misters are named after. The best part is that I don't have to mention any names, and these guys still know exactly who they are...Next up on my hit list: Mr. One-Nighter. Every girl's had one - that shameless rebound with the guy you pick up from the bar, while trying to get over that other guy you just can't seem to shake (in this case, if you thought the "other guy" Nicole was trying to get over was the Mr. Emotionally Unavailable-Arrogant-Lover one in mind - then you've guessed right. Side note: could this one potentially be Mr. Right-Now? Now THAT is a whole other blog post in itself!)

...buuuuuuut a rebound should stay exactly that, a rebound. No calls, no texts, no strings attached, unless of course, they are gold chains ;) Unfortunately, Nicole had to turn into this guy's guilty pleasure, and he obviously wanted to take her out every night. Nobody likes a stage 5, and guys if you're reading this - NOBODY likes that certain late night text at 1AM. Sure, one-nighters can be fun when done the right way. You are someone new and fresh with him, you can be anyone you want to be. However when it's all said in done, if he's lied about himself to seem as cool as you, you better remind him that he is definitely not! The beauty about the ONS is that you can completely make a fool of yourself and not have a care in the world. Piss him off while driving by his exit, send him that "waving" emoji with a little 'beep beep' to let him know that even when you're in town, he's still not going to be coming around! #sorrynotsorry. To be honest, I'm surprised he even has the Mister title, he isn't even saved by his real name in her phone! Now thaaaat you have to work for.

The Misters Take Over the Media: The Rhode Show

Well, the inevitable has come, and the Misters had their first TV gig! Their ego is taking up the entire office over here. I gotta hand it to them though, these boys are naturals - I think they need their own reality show (the camera didn't even add ten pounds to their leather haha!) However, the one who makes all this possible, and keeps all these Misters in line, our designer Nicole D'Andrea definitely stole the show. She rocked the set! I mean, I'm sure it doesn't hurt that she had all these bad boys in front of her clouding her reality and the fact that she was on LIVE television! We are so honored to have been featured on The Rhode Show. Rhode Island will always have a special place in these Misters hearts! Just a couple of small town guys hitting big cities! And how fabulous is the host Michaela Johnson? We had so much fun when she visited our office a few weeks back with her camera guy Ric aka the new Mr. Wonderful. We played dress-up, and they even got to step foot in the sacred place where all the magic happens: Nicole's design studio... I'm lucky if I even get to go in there without feeling the wrath of Mr. Never Again's spikes!!! We weren't the only ones who enjoyed having Michaela around, Mr. One-Nighter had his eyes set on her when she walked in the door. Let's just say she didn't go home alone..

The Misters Bring Back Old New York: in Black and in White

It's the first week in September so you know this PR girl is totally busy! The only two things on my mind is Misters and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week! But when I do get a chance to dream about what's in store - I can't help but think about old New York City in my favorite light, done right - in black and white. Fun fact: Something you may not know, our designer Nicole draws much of her inspiration while designing from 1940's fashion!

The Misters are set for their big NYFW debut, officially sponsoring GBK Productions Styling Lounge. During this two-day event at the Empire Hotel, celebrity and VIP guests will make their way from the Lincoln Center, to accept their exclusive, black and white evening clutches from the much anticipated SP14 Mister Collection. Today, I got a preview of these bags being made and I wanted to pass them along to my favorite girls! By the way am I allowed to say badass on here? Because that's what these guys are... badass!

 

Oh, and about the unofficial rule of fashion: "no white after labor day"...We say rules are meant to be broken and hey, these boys are bad!

 I'll be sure to keep you posted on what's to come this week! Just a little hint, a serious influential woman of Sex and the City's fashion will be meeting OUR version of Mr. Big ;)  xoxo
